Song #2: The Little Golden Bee on the Little Golden Flower Song #4: Flopsy the Whimsical Clown's Magical Waltz Song #5: A Rainy Day for the Palms Song #6: Clarobotoo Takes Off for a Series of Adventures The elements of music in Lesson 6: Sound: Pitches used in this lesson: A through A Up to this point, all of the notes you have played have used the fingers of your left hand. Now you will use some of your right hand fingers. The two notes you will play in this lesson are B and A. We have to be very precise when we cover the tone holes with the right hand fingers because the holes are significantly larger than the left hand tone holes. The pitch B uses all of the left hand fingers (like the pitch C) and the second finger of the right hand. The pitch A uses all of the left hand fingers and the first two fingers of the right hand.
For the exact fingerings of all clarinet pitches please visit To learn these notes and improve how quickly you respond to them, play Flopsy the Whimsical Clown's Name the Pitch Games. |
