Each hill by the sea is like a new dynamic level. This piece is very simple in terms of technical difficulty. Focus your attention on the dynamics and create a contrast with each dynamic change in every measure. Helpful Suggestions Sound: This piece has a range of C up to open G. You can find the fingerings here. The notes are very simple so you can focus on the dynamics. Make sure to play each measure slightly louder in the first phrase, and get slightly softer in each measure of the second phrase. Rhythm: Your time signature is two-four time, which means that there are two beats in a measure and the quarter note is equal to one beat. Playing along with MetronomeBot's talking metronome in duple meter will help you maintain a steady tempo. Melody: This piece consists of 2, four-measure phrases. Breathe where it is marked and tongue lightly to play the eighth notes as smoothly as possible.
